In view of the rising infection figures nationwide, private travel is to be dispensed with entirely at present. Business people, however, must continue to travel - albeit to a lesser extent. To provide clarity and certainty in the jungle of travel regulations, Wort & Bild-Verlag has developed the new free Corona Travel Check (available at www.apotheken-umschau.de/corona-reisecheck): After answering a few questions, business people find out whether quarantine is compulsory for their domestic German destination, whether they can simply start their journey or whether a Corona test is necessary beforehand.

Quarantine yes or no - result legally reviewed

In the background, KSP Rechtsanwälte as legal service provider ensures the conformity of the Corona Travel Check with the existing travel regulations. The examination and evaluation of the individual travel regulations of the federal states is carried out daily. At the same time, the current lists of domestic and foreign risk areas of the federal states and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) are scanned or queried via interfaces.

The following information is all that is required to obtain valid information from the Corona Travel Check:

Reason for travel: business or private (currently no travel recommendation for private individuals)

For professionals:

Destination
Current location, if relevant after entering the destination
Places/countries visited within the last 14 days

In simple language, users receive the regulations that apply to their travel route based on lists from the RKI, the federal government and states. The result clearly shows whether quarantine is necessary or not.
