re:ceeve and KSP Rechtsanwälte agree on cooperation
The Hamburg-based company re:ceeve, which offers cloud-based software for the entire dunning process, and the Hamburg-based law firm KSP, Germany's leading provider of legal receivables management, agree to cooperate in the areas of banking and financial service providers as well as in e-commerce. re:ceeve enables its customers to take a technology-first approach to commercial dunning with a white-label solution. In this disruptive approach, all measures introduced are predominantly digital and based on artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven insights. This leads to a precisely tailored designation and thus to faster realisation and a reduction in bad debt losses.
This is a forward-looking cooperation: For 2021, the two providers expect a significant increase in overdue receivables and credit defaults due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This will lead to a significant surge in demand for innovative and efficient receivables management solutions.
In joining with KSP Rechtsanwälte, re:ceeve completes its service portfolio with an experienced provider whose strengths lie in the recovery of non-performing receivables. Receivables not realised with re:ceeve are routed to KSP via API when being transferred to the lawyer's receivables management. Re:ceeve clients thus receive fully digital end-to-end processing of their outstanding receivables.
"We are continuing our success story with KSP. With its expertise, quality and reputation in legal receivables management, KSP is the right partner to take our business to a new level and make us more efficient," says Paul Jozefak, founder and CEO of re:ceeve.
"With re:ceeve as a partner, we are consistently driving forward the transformation process of our industry and the handling of outstanding receivables for the benefit of our clients. We are therefore happy to round off re:ceeve's value creation with our expertise in legal receivables management," says Dr Andreas Seegers, managing partner of KSP Rechtsanwälte.
